Chill out with this delicious New Zealand Bush Honey Iced Coffee. The sweet and complex flavor of the New Zealand Bush Honey is the perfect complement to the strong, bitter flavor of the coffee. This drink is the perfect way to wake up on a hot summer’s day, and a great way to chill out with friends on a sunny afternoon.
Honey Iced Coffee Recipe Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons New Zealand Bush Honey plus more for decoration
- 1 Cup strong coffee (or use decaffeinated coffee if you prefer)
- 1 Cup of milk
Method:
- Gently warm the New Zealand Bush Honey to pouring consistency (this can be done in short bursts in the microwave, in a saucepan over a gentle heat or by standing the jar in warm water) and stir into the coffee until dissolved.
- Using a spoon, drizzle a swirl of New Zealand Bush Honey up around the sides two chilled glasses in a spiral pattern.
- Pour half the milk into each glass, being careful not to disturb the decorative honey.
- Top up the glasses with the honey and coffee mixture and enjoy!
